Thank You

By Molly Bice-Jackson - 6:26 PM

This is Molly. I am scared. But I am overwhelemed with the support from so many friends and family. I don't have time to read all the emails or call everyone back, but I want you to know that she is still alive. They are worried about her spinal chord and brain. They will do an MRI tomorrow or the next day, but her general response to testing is not very good at this point. We just have to pray for a miracle. I know there are angels with her right now. We are so blessed to have so much support. Thank you. Please don't give up hope. She is my little angel. She is a fighter. She has so much spunk. I want her to be able to sing and dance again, but if not, she will sing and dance in heaven. I love you all.

  15. Molly, I too have been praying since I heard the news. My heart aches for your family. I know faith and prayers can bring miracles (our little elsie was born with a bad hip and the day before surgery it went in and all the doctors had never seen that happen before, but it took absolute faith and putting it in the Lord's hands to have that happen). Don't give up. I will put your names in the Boise temple tonight.

  25. Molly and Vic,
I wish I had read your blog sooner. I knew Vic's birthday was coming up and I was going to read it this week. I found out the horrific news from Rolinda last night and she wasn't specific, so I thought that this had just happened yesterday (Tuesday.) This morning, I am reading your blog and finding out that it has been a couple of days. I am SO SORRY. I cried all night long - only slept about 45 minutes. I prayed for her and for you the whole night. I am begging for the miracle. I know everyone else is too. All the love from your friends in Massachusetts.

  28. Molly - everyone's already said it, but we are so utterly sorry for you. I have no idea what you're going through, but I can only imagine if it were my baby girl in Lucy's place. It would just break my heart. Know that there are more people that you can imagine that love you guys and are praying for you constantly. I hope you feel all of our love and most of all your Savior's love and support.

  37. Vic and Molly,
I tried to leave a comment yesterday but I'm not sure if it went through. Sorry for the duplicate. Rolinda is keeping me updated and I want you to know how I have grieved for you this week. There just aren't any words in our vocabulary that would describe our utter sadness for you and how fervently we pray for Lucy. She is an incredible little girl and you are amazing parents. We wish so badly that we could do something for you. Know that we are here and we send all the love we have from Massachusetts.

  42. Hi Molly. I'm a friend of Brit & Jeremy Galovich. I was so sad to hear your news and know how your hearts are aching. We lost our 14-month-old nephew a few days after Valentines this year. He had slipped out of the house, and a second later he was hit by a car right in his driveway. It's terrible, but the power of prayer can bring so much comfort. Our hearts and prayers go out to your family. If you need to connect with another mom, here is a link to my sister's page. She just started a blog this month.
